Jeff Winters

Jeff & Nancy have been married for 30 years as of June of 2011. They have two children; Stephen Winters & Jessica Winters Quinn. They also have two grandchildren; Sadie (2 years old) and Luke (5 months). Their anniversary is June 20th.

Personal Information on Jeff:
Jeff is the son of Lee (deceased) & Shirley Winters of Southaven, Mississippi. His parents were part of the original membership that helped establish the Southaven congregation. He was baptized into Christ in 1972. He has served the church at Southaven as a Bible School Teacher and a deacon. He attended Freed-Hardeman College in Henderson, Tn. and graduated from the Memphis School of Preaching in 2005. Jeff has been preaching full time since 2005 and has served in the past as Director of the St Louis Area Wide Lectureship & bi-weekly writer for the Warrenton Journal Religious Editorial. He served in the US Navy for 13 years in the aviation field before being discharged honorably. Jeff’s personal interests include golfing, fishing and cooking. His birthday is March 11th. His favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:13; “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”

Personal Information on Nancy:
Nancy was baptized into Christ in 1992. She graduated the Ladies’ 2 year program at the Memphis School of Preaching. Her hobbies include flower gardening, shopping, scrapbooking & reading. Her favorite Bible Verse is Proverbs 31:28; “Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.” She is active in teaching Bible School classes and has helped in organizing Ladies/Couple Retreats. She also has spoken at Ladies’ Days and at Ladies Devotionals.
